Audit services
A curated network of auditors, matched to your standard and your line.
Looppack maintains a vetted bench of independent packaging auditors — Six Sigma Black Belts and Green Belts, BRCGS, ISO, GMP, FSC and food-contact specialists — so the person auditing your plant has actually run one.
The network
Auditors by specialisation
Every auditor is reference-checked, credential-verified with the issuing body, and matched to engagements in their industry and region.
Six Sigma Black Belt
Process capability, defect reduction and variation control on press and converting lines. DMAIC programs with measurable P&L impact.
Six Sigma Green Belt
Focused improvement projects: waste reduction, changeover time, first-pass yield. Often paired with a Black Belt mentor for larger plants.
BRCGS Packaging Materials
Gap assessments and pre-certification audits against the BRCGS Packaging standard — hygiene, hazard analysis and product safety culture.
ISO 9001 / 14001 Lead Auditors
Quality and environmental management system audits, internal audit programs and surveillance-audit preparation.
GMP & Pharma Packaging
Good manufacturing practice audits for pharma-adjacent converters — documentation discipline, contamination control and batch records.
FSC Chain of Custody
Fibre sourcing verification, volume accounting and CoC system reviews for paper and board converters.
Food Contact & ISO 22000
Migration-risk assessment, GMP for food-contact materials and alignment with food-safety management systems.
Sustainability & ESG Audits
On-site verification of recyclability, recycled-content and carbon claims — evidence your customers and their auditors will accept.
Engagements
Four ways to use the network
Certification readiness
A gap assessment against your target standard, a prioritised action plan, and a mock audit before the accredited body arrives. Most clients certify on the first attempt.
Supplier & second-party audits
We audit your packaging suppliers on your behalf — capability, hygiene, traceability and sustainability claims — and deliver a scored report with corrective actions.
Process improvement
Black Belt-led programs on waste, changeover and defect reduction. Scoped against a baseline, measured in your numbers, not in slide decks.
Internal audit programs
A rolling calendar of internal audits that keeps your system audit-ready year-round instead of in a six-week panic before surveillance.
Why it works
Audits that end in improvements, not just findings.
Because our auditors come from production backgrounds, findings arrive with a corrective path that fits your equipment and shift structure. For brands, the same network verifies supplier claims before they reach your artwork or your customers.

FAQ
Audit questions
- Who are the auditors in the network?
- Independent, credentialed professionals we have vetted and worked with directly: Six Sigma Black Belts and Green Belts, BRCGS-recognised auditors, ISO 9001/14001 lead auditors, GMP and FSC Chain of Custody specialists, and food-safety (ISO 22000) practitioners.
- Is this a certification body?
- No. Our auditors prepare you for certification, run internal and supplier audits, and close findings — the certificate itself is always issued by the accredited body. That separation keeps your audit honest.
- Can you audit a supplier we already work with?
- Yes. Second-party supplier audits are the most common engagement: process capability, hygiene, traceability and sustainability claims verified on site, with a scored report and corrective action plan.
- How fast can an audit be scheduled?
- Pre-assessment calls happen within a week. On-site audits are typically scheduled within three to four weeks depending on region and auditor specialisation.
